The first team meeting of the year for any team that I have worked for goes somthing like this.
Team manager: I think we've got a good car this year, and the ( insert engine type here) has run very well in winter testing. And we all know ( insert driver ) is more motivated than ever. All WE NEED TO DO IS FINISH IN THE TOP FIVE CONSISTANTLY AND WE CAN WIN THIS THING.
Don't stop cheering for Adrian just because he is honest. every driver out there has the same stratagie
