Carl Skerlong w/Damaged Front Wing

Ignored Problem: Carl Skerlong ran quite a few laps with a broken front wing, which at times caused brake lockup problems. He finally came in to get a new one and wound up 17th, the same spot he started. The initial problem was caused when he got caught up in a Red Bull Forsythe Championship Racing intra-team confrontation.
