The November ranking features the top 15 American driver prospects for open wheel road racing. The next ranking will appear on May 28, 2014.

1 Alexander Rossi (GP2)
Wrapped up the season at Abu Dhabi with his first GP2 win from his first pole. Moved up to ninth in the final standings. Drove the first practice session for Caterham at the USGP.

2 Conor Daly (GP3)
Finished the year strong with a fourth and third at Abu Dhabi, moving him to third in the final standings. Also got a third after starting 10th in the Indy Lights race at Houston.

3 Matthew Brabham (Pro Mazda)
Finished the year with an amazing record -- 13 wins, two thirds, and nine poles in 16 races, easily winning the championship.

4 Sage Karam (Indy Lights)
Took a win (his third of the season) from pole (his third) at Houston and a third at Fontana to clinch the championship.

5 Gabby Chaves (Indy Lights)
Two runner-up finishes (Houston and Fontana) locked up second in the standings.

6 Shelby Blackstock (Pro Mazda)
A fourth and a sixth at Houston kept him third in points.

7 Spencer Pigot (Pro Mazda)
A second and a fifth at Houston kept him fourth in the standings.

8 Jack Eidson (F1600)
As a Team USA Scholarship winner, competed in England. At the Formula Ford Festival, registered a heat win and fifths in the semifinals and grand final. In the Walter Hayes Trophy, took second in the semis and seventh in the final.

9 Neil Alberico (USF2000)
His sixth win of the season along with a third, all at Houston, locked up the runner-up spot in the championship.

10 Colton Herta (Pacific F1600/Skip Barber)
Three more wins (for a total of 10) at Las Vegas gave him the Pacific F1600 title. In Skip Barber, a pair of wins at Lime Rock moved him up to second spot in the final Summer standings.

11 Kyle Connery (F2000)
The F2000 Championship Series was completed in August where he took second in the final standings.

12 Santino Ferrucci (F2000)
The F2000 Championship Series was completed in August where he took fifth in the final standings.

13 Joey Bickers (Pacific F1600)
Finished the Pacific F1600 series in second with four wins and two poles. As a Team USA Scholarship winner, competed in England. At the Formula Ford Festival, got second in the heat race and sixth in the semifinals before crashing out in the grand final. In the Walter Hayes Trophy, took 10th in the semis but 26th in the final. Also won the Mazda Club Racer Shootout.

14 Adrian Starrantino (F1600)
The F1600 Championship Series was completed in August where he took second in the final standings.

15 Scott Anderson (Pro Mazda)
A sixth and seventh at Houston maintained his fifth spot in the final point standings.
